The Terms & Conditions outline the rules and regulations for the access to and the use of The Kendriya Vidyalaya Parents' Federation Website (“Website/https://www.kvpf.in”)and the related services (collectively with the Website and the related services are referred to as the “Services”).

Any use of the above terminology or other words in the singular, plural, capitalisation and/or he/she or they, are taken as interchangeable and therefore as referring to same.

Unless otherwise stated- The KVPF and/or it's licensors own the intellectual property rights for all material on KVPF Website. All intellectual property rights are reserved. You may view and/or print pages from KVPF’s Website for your own personal use subject to restrictions set in these terms of service.

You acknowledge and agree that the materials on the Website, other than the user’s Comments that you licensed under these Terms of Service, including without limitation, the text, software, scripts, graphics, photos, sounds, music, videos, interactive features and the like ("Materials") and the trademarks, service marks and logos contained therein ("Marks"), are owned by or licensed to KVPF, and are subject to copyright and other intellectual property rights under Indian laws, foreign laws and international treaties and/or conventions.
