Academic development is one of the pivotal area, one has to focus in, for progress in career development and without the parent's overt involvement the children may not reach the heights. The Federation aims to improve the academic standard of the children by providing a common platform to the parents to interact on anything with a view to guide the children to achieve academic heights. Further the Federation aims to conduct quiz competitions to improve the skill and academic knowledge of the children .

Sport includes all forms of competitive physical activity or games which through casual or organized participation, at least in part aim to maintain or improve physical ability, mental strength and skills while providing enjoyment to participants, and entertainment for spectators. The Federation aims to provide chess training programmes at subsidised rates for the children at various levels by hiring the services of well experienced and competent trainers and conduct chess tournaments for the trainees .

Training is teaching, or developing in oneself or others, any skills and knowledge or fitness that relate to specific useful competencies. Training has specific goals of improving one's capability, capacity, productivity and performance. The Federation targets to provide occasional training programmes to the children and parents by eminent trainers.
